Salary: $165,000 - $180,000 / Salary per year CHP Berkshires seeks an experienced, empathetic, and inspirational Senior Vice President, Human Resources to support our employees in service of our mission to nurture and inspire healthy lives for people throughout the Berkshires. This transformational leader reports to the CEO and is accountable for developing, implementing, and leading all human resources functions to enable achievement of our overall business plan and strategic direction. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition and onboarding; employee relations; employee communications; performance management; employee engagement; diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; compensation and benefits; and learning and development. This role is primarily on-site and highly visible across all locations.
